We stand behind every piece that leaves the studio. If a skull isn't right for you, here's how returns work:
The basics
- Skulls may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- The skull must be in its original condition and packaging from when it was sent.
- Buyers pay return shipping.
How to start a return
Reach out through our contact page with your order details and we'll send return instructions. Once the skull arrives back in original condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Custom orders
Custom processing work (your own skull cleaned, whitened, or mounted) is non-refundable since the work performed cannot be undone. We'll always communicate with you throughout the process to make sure you're happy with the result.
